Welcome to the Brand Led Growth Project 🌟


Imagine this: the team has grown massively over the past 6 months and now consistency across product copy, socials, customer care is all over the place. Now you've been tasked to bring consistency and memorability across all touchpoints. This means, everyone needs to be equipped to speak the brand tone, how does the brand look, what type of creatives to use etc.

Let's go through this step by step

In this project, you are going to make this document. This will serve as a solid starting point for anyone to really understand your brand.

Here are the core outcomes outcomes from this project:

  1. Understand the product, users & market
  2. Articulate the core value prop for your product
  3. Come up with brand guidelines on how it looks, speaks and behave
  4. Deconstruct your brand across all touchpoints, and have actionable feedback on how to improve

Which product should you pick?


Pick only and only your product, the one you work on day in and day out. If you aren't working on a product, build the brand doc for your previous product. CRAFTs are designed to help you transform, period.


Go through each section mentioned below. By the end of it, you would have thought through your brand & have a actionable deconstruct of your brand!

Build the first draft.

Why draft? Building a brand is one of the most cross-functional projects ever. It takes some time and versioning to get to the final version. However, the first draft sets the tone and direction of where the brand will go and how will it be built.

How to go about this project?

This project is divided into 10 sections. Each section has a separate brief. The ideal flow would be to complete watching a section, and then completing the project section for it. Doing this in a progressive manner would help.
